Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of eligible personal information or messaging data processed by Navis Systems, Inc., email drew@trynavis.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

What to Include

• Your name and business email address.
• The organization or vessel account associated with the request, if applicable.
• The connected messaging channel involved, such as WhatsApp, email, Telegram, Viber, or Microsoft Teams.
• A short description of the information you want deleted.

How We Handle Requests

We may need to verify your identity and authority before deleting data. If your account is managed by an organization, we may refer the request to that organization's administrator. Some information may be retained where required for security, audit, legal, contractual, backup, or operational recordkeeping purposes.
