These Terms govern access to and use of the Navis platform provided by Navis Systems, Inc. ("Navis," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Navis, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

Use of Navis

Navis is a business operations platform for authorized yacht, fleet, and maritime operations users. You may use Navis only for lawful business purposes and only if you are authorized to access the organization, vessel, crew, guest, document, and financial information you submit or view.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected messaging channels. You must promptly notify us or your organization administrator if you believe access has been compromised.

Customer Content

You retain rights to content submitted to Navis. You grant Navis the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, display, and secure that content to provide the platform and related support. You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content is accurate, lawful, and authorized.

Messaging Channels

If you connect WhatsApp, email, Telegram, Viber, Microsoft Teams, or another messaging channel, you authorize Navis to receive, process, and respond to messages through that channel for the connected workflow. Third-party messaging providers may apply their own terms and policies.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Navis, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, submit malicious code, violate third-party rights, or use Navis to process information you are not permitted to handle.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or modify Navis as needed to improve the platform, maintain security, comply with law, or support operations. We aim to provide reliable service, but Navis is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Navis is provided for business operational support and does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, safety, or maritime advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navis is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
